Refund policy

Our main focus is on complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the services provided by us, then we will replace your product if the provided reasons are genuine & proved after investigation.

Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Note: You must have the video of the product unboxing and invoice photo with you as a proof in case of replacement. We will not entertain replacement requests in case of no video unboxing proof.

In case of Exchange:


1. Exchange should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
2. The tags on the product should be intact.
3. The product should be unwashed, unused, and in an undamaged condition.
4. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
5. Category - Electronics and Electronics accessories must submit a product unpacking video to request a returns/exchange.

Must-Have Criteria Eligibility For The Replacements:

- Products which are defective or damaged.

- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

- You have a video of product unboxing from the packed package that you got.

Note: 

We will not issue a refund in case of a variant miss-match from your end or if the product works normally without any technical issues or damage to it. Only "Damaged/Defective" items are eligible for refunds or replacements.

Replacements (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Shipping

Please contact us for the returns on our support email or phone number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
